PropertyBlasters is committed to responsible email marketing practices. We comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all applicable federal and state regulations governing commercial email. We take spam prevention seriously because our reputation directly affects inbox placement for all of our customers.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

Every email sent through PropertyBlasters includes:

• Accurate sender identification: Your real name appears as the sender, not a misleading address
• Truthful subject lines: Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the email
• Physical mailing address: A valid postal address is included in every email footer
• Working unsubscribe mechanism: Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link
• Prompt opt-out processing: Unsubscribe requests are honored within 24 hours
• Clear identification as advertising: Emails are clearly identified as commercial messages

List Management

We maintain our agent email database with strict hygiene practices:

• Agents who unsubscribe are permanently removed and never re-added
• Hard bounces are removed immediately after detection
• Agents who have not opened any email in 12+ months are flagged for review and may be removed
• Complaint reports (spam button clicks) are processed immediately and addresses are removed
• We never purchase or use harvested email lists

Recipient Preferences

Agents receiving blasts through our platform can manage their preferences at any time:

• Unsubscribe entirely: Stop receiving all PropertyBlasters emails
• Filter by type: Choose to receive only certain types of blasts (e.g., residential only, commercial only)
• Filter by location: Choose to receive blasts only for specific zip codes or regions

Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on our platform:

• False or misleading property information
• Content that violates the Fair Housing Act or any anti-discrimination law
• Phishing attempts or malicious links
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Unsolicited commercial content unrelated to real estate
• Content containing malware or viruses

Enforcement

Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to review and reject any content before or after distribution.

Reporting Spam

If you believe you received an unwanted email through PropertyBlasters, you can:

• Click the unsubscribe link in the email footer
• Email abuse@propertyblasters.com with the email headers
• Contact us through our contact page

We investigate all spam reports within 24 hours.
